These easy 3 ingredient nut clusters are made with almonds, walnuts and cashews tossed in dark melted chocolate and finished with a touch of sea salt. It satisfies that sweet craving and I would say its a healthy-ish treat!
Note that about 6 nuts in each cluster would be the ideal portion if you are watching your waistline!
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashew
1/2 cup walnuts
1 bar of dark chocolate (I used 90%)
1You can either double boil the chocolate to melt or you can place it in the microwave.
Once melted throw the nuts into the bowl and toss.
Spread the chocolate coated nuts on a baking sheet and sprinkle the sea salt.
Place in the freezer to harden and Enjoy!
