This healthy avocado Greek yogurt which can be used as a dip served with veggies and chips. It can be used as a salad dressing or even as a spread onto a sandwich. It is super creamy, tastes amazing and even has a boost of protein - making it a MUST try as we welcome the summer vibes.
Made within minutes - simply blend the following ingredients together in your food processor and it's done!
Here is everything you need to make this healthy veggie dip:
1 Ripe avocados
1/2 Plain Greek yogurt – I used Guiltless Yogurt brand full fat
1/3 cup Cilantro
Juice of 1 Lime
2 cloves Garlic
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Salt
Black Pepper to taste
Method:
Add all ingredients in a food processor.
Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
Serve with your favorite chips, crackers or veggies
STORING AVOCADO GREEK YOGURT DIP
If you have leftover dip, store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Try and store the dip in a container where the dip is filled to the top, to avoid too much excess air.
The dip may brown a little bit as it sits due to oxidation. It’s still perfectly fine to eat within 3 days! Just give it a stir and serve.
