The Bulletproof Gut Program - This 2-week habit coaching program encourages you to improve your gut health. The goal is to simply create more awareness of how the food you eat impacts your overall health and daily well-being.

This program begins with a pre and post program assessment, followed with an action plan of eliminating food intolerances according to your assessment.
