Welcome to a full 21 Days of breaking your habit from sugar and flour and improving your overall health and well-being. This is an extension of the 10-day program you just completed. These next 11 days we are aiming to fill half our plate with non-starchy vegetables such as leafy greens. Vegetables and leafy greens are amazing for detoxification and provide your body with essential vitamins and minerals that were depleted by sugar consumption. You will also be learning about food combining, how you metabolize your foods and how to eat for your blood type. You will add more recipes to your diet, add in gentle sweeteners, more fruit and complex carbs to your diet. These next 11 days re going to be piece of cake (literally) you already did the hard part. Now to learn how to keep your diet balanced.
