Having an In-House Health Coach is essential to improve the health, well-being, and productivity of your employees. I have designed a personalised program ensuring that the companies employees stay healthy and productive while in the workforce. The aim is for employees to learn how to integrate new lifestyle and nutritional habits into their daily routine, and efficiently enhance energy levels and well-being, as well as ward off chronic illness.  I aim to give employees the tools and knowledge they need to feel less stressed and more energized so that they are better able to fulfill their professional and personal responsibilities. It is a well-known fact that a company cannot exist without healthy employees.

How Does It Work?

I come to your office location during an agreed period (e.g. 3-4 hours), during which employees can be scheduled for one-on-one health consultations. Consultations take place in any private conference room and where the employees can be seen individually or optional (as a group setting) – where various topics can be discussed pertaining to health and lifestyle.

  • Lasts 30 - 45 minutes

  • Employees are seen every 2 weeks for a period of 6 sessions (this all depends on employees health needs)

  • Is conveniently located at your office location for easy employee access

  • Includes a full review of the employee’s latest test results if desired

  • Assesses the individual’s current state of health and health goals

  • Consists of a discussion on customised lifestyle and dietary changes

  • Issues a tailored treatment plan, which also includes nutritional supplement recommendations, if necessary

  • Includes referrals to other health practitioners, if necessary

  • Includes ongoing health support via email, social media and/or WhatsApp

Here's What It's All About

Our bodies are naturally built to detoxify everyday as part of our normal processes. We cleanse by eliminating and neutralising toxins through our colon, liver, kidneys, lungs, lymph and skin. However, in this day and age we are exposed to a variety of environmental pollutants in the air we breathe, the water we drink, foods we eat, and chemicals we put on our skin, not to mention the masses of food and alcohol consumed over a period of time.

 

Our chemical-laden diets with large amounts of animal protein, saturated and Trans fats, caffeine, and alcohol inhibit our bodies from properly performing their detoxification processes. Cleansing through diet is a great way to give your body a break and support its natural self-cleaning system. Fad dieting erratic, erratic skipping meals or simply making poor food choices can cause havoc to your system, draining your energy resources, leaving you feeling lethargic, foggy and affecting your over-all well being.
