Welcome to the Hormone Balance Group Coaching Program where we are going to clean up your diet to heal from the inside out.


This is a group coaching ONLINE program where you will receive support daily and interact with other women who like you are battling symptoms that are all linked to hormone imbalance.



I completed my certification on Hormone Health in October 2019 and have helped many of my one on one clients improve symptoms that were all linked to hormone imbalance.








How do you know if you have hormone imbalance?


This is a place of eating, feeling and BEING well. Here you’ll learn how to eat, what to eat, and why to eat it to reset your hormones.


An increasing number of studies prove that hormones can be the cause of stubborn body fat, skin issues, and digestive upset.


The Hormone Balance Program cites that weight is directly correlated to chemicals like estrogen and progesterone, and this program lays out a three-step, three-week program to help balance hormones, lose weight, and achieve optimal health. This plan will boast improved sleep, increased energy, and reduced stress.


  • The first phase of the program is a detox in which inflammatory foods will all be phased out. Eliminating gluten, dairy, saturated and hydrogenated oils, peanuts, sugar, artificial sweeteners, red meat, citrus, alcohol and caffeine.

  • Step two involves replacing either breakfast or dinner with a smoothie.

  • The third phase emphasizes exercises like yoga, cardio, and strength training. Multiple cleansing and balancing supplements will all be recommended.


This program is designed to heal the endocrine system completely by replacing toxic food with pure food and rebuilding a baseline internal health.


Foods included are:

  • Grass Fed meat

  • Fish/Seafood

  • Fruits and vegetables

  • Gluten-free grains

  • Eggs

  • Feta or goat cheese

  • Non-dairy milk

  • Olive, avocado, flaxseed, coconut oil

  • Nuts and seeds

Foods to avoid:

  • Processed meat

  • High-mercury fish

  • Farmed salmon

  • Refined grains

  • Corn

  • Citrus

  • Canned or dried fruit

  • Peanuts

  • High-fructose corn syrup

  • Refined sugar

  • Coffee

  • Trans fats

  • Saturated fat

  • Nitrites and other preservatives

  • Artificial sweeteners
