Avocado and Spinach Smoothie


When avocado is in season, I go crazy adding it to every meal and a smoothie is no exception.


This easy to make spinach and avocado smoothie is rich, creamy and filling.


Here is what you need to make it:

  1. 1 banana, sliced.

  2. ½ avocado, peeled and sliced.

  3. ½ cup fresh spinach.

  4. ½ cup almond milk

  5. 6 ice cubes.

  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.



Place all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve!
