Feta Yogurt Dip

This dip will be your favorite. It's delicious, satisfying and your guests will want more.

The best part is that it can also be a spread on your sandwich bread or a dressing for your salad.

You make it and choose what it can be served on or with.

Here are the ingredients I used:

  • 12 ounces of feta cheese

  • 1 cup of full fat yogurt (I used Guiltless full fat, that is if you are in Trinidad)

  • 1/4 cup extra olive oil, plus more for garnish

  • Lime/lemon Juice of 1 lime

  • Sea Salt

  • Pinch crushed red pepper flakes

  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped dill, plus more for

  • 1/2 cup cubed tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup cubed cucumbers

  • Serve it with either Pita chips, almond crackers or veggies sticks.

Method:

  1. In a large bowl using a hand mixer or a food processor, beat feta cheese, Full fat yogurt, cream cheese, oil, and lemon juice until fluffy and combined. Season with salt and red pepper flakes and stir in dill.

  2. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with cucumber, tomatoes, dill, and a drizzle of oil.

  3. Serve with pita chips, almond crackers or veggie sticks.

If you’re too lazy to use a food processor or a hand mixer, it’s totally fine to use a spoon to mix in the ingredients.

Enjoy!
