Chocolate Mug Cake (Keto)

This quick and easy keto chocolate mug cake is low-carb, sugar-free, and deliciously rich—perfect for satisfying cravings in minutes!


Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp almond flour

• 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

• 1 tbsp granulated sweetener (monk fruit, erythritol, or stevia)

• 1/4 tsp baking powder

• 1 tbsp melted butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)

• 1 tbsp heavy cream (or unsweetened almond milk)

• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 egg

Optional Add-ins:

• 5-6 sugar-free chocolate chips for extra richness

• A pinch of salt to enhance flavor


Instructions:


1️⃣ In a microwave-safe mug or small bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and baking powder.

2️⃣ Add in melted butter, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and egg, and mix until smooth.

3️⃣ Stir in sugar-free chocolate chips if using.

4️⃣ Microwave on high for 60-75 seconds (cooking time may vary based on microwave power).

5️⃣ Let it cool for a minute before enjoying.


Toppings (Optional):

🍓 Berries – Strawberries or raspberries for a fresh touch

🥄 Whipped cream – Unsweetened or keto-friendly

🥜 Nut butter – Drizzle some almond or peanut butter on top
