This high-protein chocolate mousse blends the rich flavor of cocoa with the creamy tang of cottage cheese for a dessert that’s both indulgent and nourishing. With no baking required and just a few simple ingredients, it’s an easy way to crush chocolate cravings while fueling your body with quality protein.
Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese (smooth or blended)
1½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1–2 tsp xylitol (or sweetener of your choice, to taste)
1–2 tbsp water or unsweetened almond milk (to thin, if needed)
Optional Toppings:
Choose a combo for crunch, sweetness, or extra texture:
Crushed almonds or pecans
Grain-free granola
Sugar-free dark chocolate chips
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Chia or hemp seeds
Fresh raspberries or strawberries
A drizzle of peanut or almond butter

Instructions:
Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and sweetener to a blender or food processor.
