Light & Moist
These pancakes are delicious, easy to make and kids friendly too.
Ingredients:-
1 egg
1/2 cup almonds, finely chopped or almond flour
1 3/4 cups oat
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl, then pour into dry ingredients; combine.
Cook on lightly oiled skillet until golden brown.
Serve warm with blueberry or strawberry chia jam.
