Banana Ice Cream


  1. METHOD

  2. Use 1-2 bananas per person, and about 1 tablespoon of almond milk per banana.

  3. Pulse frozen bananas and unsweetened almond milk in a food processor until it’s the consistency of ice cream.

  4. Top with your favourite healthy topping and serve immediately.


Note: It’s important the bananas are frozen or else you’ll just end up with baby food.


TOPPING IDEAS:

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (sprinkled)

  • handful of pitted dates

  • handful of frozen berries

  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (at least 70% cocoa)

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts
