METHOD
Use 1-2 bananas per person, and about 1 tablespoon of almond milk per banana.
Pulse frozen bananas and unsweetened almond milk in a food processor until it’s the consistency of ice cream.
Top with your favourite healthy topping and serve immediately.
Note: It’s important the bananas are frozen or else you’ll just end up with baby food.
TOPPING IDEAS:
1 teaspoon chia seeds (sprinkled)
handful of pitted dates
handful of frozen berries
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (at least 70% cocoa)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon chopped nuts
