Ingredients:

• ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted

• ½ cup (100g) erythritol or any preferred keto-friendly sweetener

• 2 large eggs

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• ½ cup (50g) almond flour

• ¼ cup (25g) unsweetened cocoa powder

• ¼ tsp salt

• ½ tsp baking powder

• ⅓ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat & Prep: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch ( 20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sweetener, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.

4. Blend Everything: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a thick batter forms. Stir in the sugar-free chocolate chips if using.

5. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs.

6. Cool & Serve: Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
