Earlier this year, Hendersons Kitchen was born – a husband and wife team who are passionate about creating dishes that are nutritious, tasty and wholesome. Using the concept “farm to table” – supporting our local farmers and the foods that are in season! Dwayne Henderson who is an Executive Chef and Paola Henderson, a Health Coach paired up to open a restaurant where “mother nature” provides the menu.
Located at #82 Cascade Main Rd, Port of Spain, Trinidad. Hendersons Kitchen is opened Sunday to Sunday. Meals are created according to what is in season and bought locally at the market. At the moment meals are served as a grab and go concept. But very soon The Hendersons will be opening their dining room area which sits at the top of the building.
Paola who is passionate about health lives by her saying ” Eat real food, not food like things.”
