Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 red bell pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/8 tablespoon paprika
Instructions
Crack eggs and mix
Heat oil.
Add paprika
Chop onion, tomatoes and bell pepper.
Add onions, spinach and pepper and black pepper.
Cool for 5 minutes until mixture thoroughly heats and flavours blend.
Variations: Use alfalfa sprouts or fresh parsley to garnish.
