Dark Chocolate "BEAN" Fudge

I amaze myself when creating new dishes approved for my cleanse program that result in fudgy, chocolaty, rich, guiltless treats - like this Dark Chocolate "BEAN" Fudge!

It was so yummy that my cleansers begged for the recipe so here it goes -


1 1/2 cups black beans (1 15-oz can, drained and rinsed very well)

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup honey or agave

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup to 2/3 cup 100% dark chocolate melted.

optional: add more dark chocolate melted for a darker chocolate taste


In a food processor place the beans, cocoa powder, honey, salt, coconut oil and melted chocolate. Mix well until smooth.

Pour mixture into a greased pan (grease it with coconut oil) and place in fridge to set.

Cut into squares and serve!
