INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp Nut butter -almond/peanut butter/cashew butter or any nut butter
2 cups rolled oats rolled or whole Bob Red Mill's
1 pinch Sea Salt
1 tsp ground ginger root
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
2 tbsp Agave or honey
METHOD
Mix nut butter of your choice together with sweetener.
Add in a pinch of sea salt, pumpkin spice and ground ginger.
Mix well. Add in rolled oats.
Mix evenly until it forms a dough like texture.
Roll out the dough and either form into balls and flatten into cookie shapes or cut out cookie shapes with Christmas molds.
Place in freezer for 10 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Recipe Notes
** Pumpkin pie spice is a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger & clove. I recommend buying the blend at Fresh (it’s inexpensive and contains proper proportions), or you can make your own if you’d like.
